David B. Daugherty
David B. Daugherty, 83, graduated from Marshall University and the West Virginia University College of Law, was elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates for Cabell County in 1968 and 1970, and served as a Cabell Circuit judge from 1978 to 1984. He was held at Federal Medical Center Lexington, a federal prison hospital in Kentucky. A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons said he died on October 19, 2019, at a hospital in the Lexington area. The Bureau's spokesperson did not name a cause of death.
