David Allen Lollie, Jr., 43, of Douglas, Georgia, was held at the Coffee County Jail. On May 8, 2026, he was on a work detail with the Coffee County Road Department when he was found unresponsive, according to a local news report. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
