David A. Henley
David A. Henley, 56, of Penfield, died at Carle Foundation Hospital in June 2026 after a medical emergency while held at the Champaign County Jail in Urbana, Illinois. According to the Champaign County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive around 4:45 a.m. on June 13 and was taken to a local hospital, where he died. The sheriff's office and Coroner Laurie Brauer have not determined the manner of death, and an autopsy has been scheduled. The Illinois State Police are investigating.
