Davageah K. Jones
Davageah K. Jones, 18, was held at the Hampton Roads Regional Jail in Virginia. Jail staff found him unresponsive in his cell during an early morning pill pass, and he was pronounced dead at about 4:53 a.m. on May 15, 2018, according to the jail's own release. The Portsmouth Police Department was notified, and the jail said it is conducting an administrative review. The Virginia Board of Corrections listed the death as still under investigation, and no cause has been given.
