Darius Rawls
Darius Rawls, 20, of Charleroi, was found hanging in the Washington County Jail on a Thursday afternoon in October 2015 and was pronounced dead about an hour later. He had been held at the jail since early September. The coroner had not yet ruled on how he died, pending toxicology and other tests.
