Darick Quick, 32, was from Owensboro, Kentucky. Prison Superintendent Ron Neal said Darick was stabbed in the abdomen in a cell at the Indiana State Prison in Michigan City on October 14, 2015. Darick was pronounced dead at a hospital about 50 minutes later. State police are investigating the death, and its manner is still pending.
