Daniel Wallace Kester
Daniel Wallace Kester, 74, died on July 3, 2023, in the infirmary of the Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem, according to the Oregon Department of Corrections. The department said he was receiving hospice care at the time. The State Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death, the department said.
