Daniel Serrano
Daniel Serrano, 62, was housed in the infirmary at Osborn Correctional Institution in Somers, Connecticut, when he went into respiratory distress on May 21, 2026. The Connecticut Department of Correction said staff began emergency measures, and paramedics took him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
