Daniel Park, 32, of Kent, Washington, died on June 24, 2025, while held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles, a federal facility. Prison officials said he was found unresponsive that morning and was pronounced dead at a hospital. They have not provided a cause of death.
