Daniel Hoskins
Daniel Hoskins died in March 2023 at Carroll County Memorial Hospital after he was found unconscious at the Carroll County Detention Center. Carroll County EMS took him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Kentucky State Police said they are investigating, and the cause and manner of death are pending autopsy results.
