Dale Wayne Fox
Dale Wayne Fox, 34, of Fredericksburg, died in September 2019 after being held at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center in Manassas, Virginia. Prince William County police said jail staff found him unresponsive in his cell during a routine check on the morning of Saturday, September 21, then gave first aid and took him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police said the cause of death is not yet known and will be determined by the Medical Examiner's Office after autopsy and toxicology results.
