Cyrl Chung, 76, died on March 9, 2013, while held at the Oahu Community Correctional Center in Hawaii. Prosecutors said his cellmate admitted beating him to death out of anger at a man held in a separate cell. According to prosecutors' statements at a grand jury hearing, Chung had nothing to do with that dispute.
