Cyphus

Cyphus was executed in Baltimore on Friday, April 8, 1859, one of four men put to death that day, according to a Baltimore newspaper account reprinted in the Daily National Intelligencer. He was in the custody of the state when the execution was carried out. His body was delivered to his relatives and committed to the tomb without any public demonstration.
