Curtis Hughes
Curtis Hughes, 45, was pronounced dead on a Tuesday evening in August 2018 at the Mississippi State Penitentiary Hospital at Parchman. Hughes was in the custody of the Mississippi state prison system at the time. An autopsy was ordered to determine the cause and manner of death. The governor said an investigation into the deaths was underway.
