Curtis Burrows, 33, of Mansfield, died in his cell at the Chemung County Jail around 11 p.m. on March 6, 2018. Chemung County Sheriff Christopher Moss said he died by suicide. The sheriff's office Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the death. The sheriff has not released further details about the circumstances.
