Crystal McClendon

Crystal McClendon, 34, was held at Taycheedah Correctional Institution in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She collapsed at the prison on April 11, 2016, was taken to a hospital, and was transferred to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, where she died on April 13. The Fond du Lac medical examiner's office ruled that she died of a preexisting medical condition, Assistant Police Chief Steve Klein said. Police said no criminal action was involved.
