Crystal Dawn Walker
Crystal Dawn Walker, 34, of Tuba City, was found dead in her cell at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Perryville on May 16, 2026. The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry said in a press release that her death was an apparent act of self-harm by hanging. The Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office is investigating the death. Before her sentencing, Walker told a Superior Court judge that she had gained clarity from being sober and hoped to continue on that path.
