Courtney Eugene Luckadoo, 35, had a medical emergency less than 45 minutes after arriving at the Allen County Jail in Indiana. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead on May 20, 2023. The Allen County Coroner's office, the Indiana State Police and the Allen County Sheriff's Department are investigating, and the cause and manner of his death have not yet been determined.
