Collin Kotlarz
Collin Kotlarz, 31, of Waverly, Tennessee, was found dead in his cell at the Jackson County jail in Illinois on the morning of May 26, 2016. Captain Michael O'Leary of the jail said an altercation had occurred between Mr. Kotlarz and another person held at the jail, and the death was listed as a homicide. Another person held at the jail was charged in connection with the death. The coroner identified Mr. Kotlarz, and an autopsy was scheduled for the same day, with more details to be released the next morning.
