Collin B. Tilley
Collin B. Tilley, 45, of Carrollton, died early on April 1, 2026, while held at the Western Tidewater Regional Jail in Suffolk, Virginia. The jail said an officer saw a medical emergency in a security housing unit shortly before 4:30 a.m. Suffolk EMS pronounced him dead. The jail said no foul play was suspected, and an internal review and an investigation by Suffolk Police are underway.
