Cody Lane Miller
Cody Lane Miller, 25, was found dead in his cell at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi on June 11, 2016. The Kern County Coroner's Office ruled his death a suicide, with asphyxiation as the cause. A California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation spokeswoman said he did not have a cellmate.
