Clifford L. Davis, 83, died on October 15, 2023, in the infirmary at Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, Oregon, where he was held. The Oregon Department of Corrections reported the death, and the Oregon State Police were notified, as is standard for in-custody deaths. The State Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death, and the Department has not yet given one.
