Clifford Davlin
Clifford Davlin, 70, died on October 21, 2023, while in the custody of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services at the Reception and Treatment Center in Lincoln. The department said he had been treated for a medical condition and has not determined the cause of his death. A grand jury will investigate the death, according to KHGI. KETV reported the same account, saying the department had not yet determined what caused his death as of the Monday after.
