Clarence Kozlowski, 85, of Coalinga, was held at the Fresno County Jail in California. After chest pains on October 9, 2018, he was taken from the jail to Community Regional Medical Center. He remained hospitalized there until he died on October 21, 2018. An autopsy performed the following Monday found nothing suspicious, according to the report.
