Cipisirono Cole
Cipisirono Cole, 47, died on March 8, 2016, while being held at the Maryland Reception, Diagnostic and Classification Center in Baltimore. A spokesperson for the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services said the manner of death was still being investigated.
