Cindy Salazar, 39, died in 2021 at a hospital after being held at the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma, for the U.S. Marshals Service. According to a state health department report, her cellmates told detention officers she was having seizures before she was taken to the hospital.
