Christopher Vigil
Christopher Vigil was 46 years old. He was struck by a vehicle while walking on Interstate 25 in 2025, and a second vehicle was also involved. He had been released from the Santa Fe County jail on February 27. An initial police crash report attributed the crash to pedestrian error. When the Santa Fe New Mexican reported on the death, the city had not yet provided the full investigation reports.
