Christopher Torres-Garcia
Christopher Torres-Garcia, a 34-year-old man, died on December 8, 2021, while held at the Webb County Jail in Texas. According to the Webb County Sheriff's Office, he had been taken to Laredo Medical Center because of shortness of breath and died at the hospital. The Texas Rangers were investigating the death.
