Christopher McCuin, 26, was held at the Smith County Jail in Texas, where he was found unresponsive in his bed in his isolated cell on Sunday, December 7, 2008. The Texas Rangers said there was no evidence of foul play or suspected suicide, noting he had been taking several kinds of medication, and that they were waiting on preliminary autopsy results. A former neighbor said he was in good shape when he lived next door and that his death was devastating for someone so young. He leaves behind a young daughter.
