Christopher Leszczynski
Christopher Leszczynski, 45, died on October 5, 2018, while held at Coxsackie Correctional Facility, a maximum-security prison in Greene County, New York. His wife, April, said she was told he died by suicide and that several factors contributed, including changes to his antidepressant medication. She said he left no suicide note and did not seem distressed during a phone call with her a few hours before he died. The state prison agency, DOCCS, listed only that he had died.
