Christopher Lawrence Hart, 45, was held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center in Georgia after being booked there on November 14, 2019. Cobb County jail staff said he suffered a medical emergency they believed was related to preexisting conditions, and he died on November 17, 2019. The Georgia Public Broadcasting report counts him as the seventh person to die after being held at the jail in the past 12 months.
