Christopher DeBoe
Christopher DeBoe was stabbed to death in a day room at Western Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Missouri on December 9, 2015. According to the Missouri Department of Corrections investigation, which Buchanan County Prosecutor Dwight Scroggins also cited, a fellow prisoner attacked him from behind and the wounds killed him almost immediately. The case moved through court in St. Joseph in August 2016.
