Christopher Bryan Lee
Christopher Bryan Lee was held at the Greenville County Detention Center in South Carolina, where in February 1999 he was placed in a cell with a man named Freddie Owens. According to court records, Owens confessed to a violent attack that killed Lee at the jail. Owens was never prosecuted for Lee's death. Lee's family said the years since have been a long and frustrating wait, and they hoped the case would finally be resolved.
