Christopher Axmacher
Christopher Axmacher, 33, was held at the Bledsoe County Detention Center in Pikeville, Tennessee. Corrections officers found him unresponsive the next morning when they came to serve breakfast, according to the Chattanooga Times Free Press. At the time, the cause of his death was unknown. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was asked to investigate his death.
