Christian J. Brown, 49, was held in pretrial custody at Dauphin County Prison in Pennsylvania. His sister, Grace Dietrich, said he was found hanging in his single-person cell on Saturday, September 14, 2019, and was taken to a hospital and placed on a ventilator.
