Chris Jasper Montoya
Chris Jasper Montoya, 53, died on November 5, 2021, at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper while in the custody of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, according to the department. The department said an autopsy would be conducted to determine the cause of death. Montoya was the fourth person in Wyoming custody to die in a hospital in less than three weeks, according to the report.
