Charles Vaughn III
Charles Vaughn III, 31, died on May 26, 2021, while held at Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee, where he had been housed off and on for several years. The Florida Department of Children and Families did not immediately confirm the death or give a cause. The state attorney said he had not been told how Vaughn died.
