Charles Thomas Ramirez
Charles Thomas Ramirez, 44, of Fullerton, died on December 17, 2021, at Kern Valley State Prison, where he was held. According to the California Department of Corrections, he had been taken for medical treatment after an apparent conflict with his cellmate and died from his injuries. The department said his cellmate was also found dead.
