Charles Spencer
Charles Spencer, 25, died on September 5, 2021, while held at the Wilkinson County Correctional Facility in Woodville, Mississippi. According to a Mississippi Department of Corrections statement, he became unresponsive while staff were moving him from his cell to the medical unit. The department said it is investigating and that an autopsy will be performed to determine how and why he died, so the manner of death is pending.
