Charles Robert Smith
Charles Robert Smith, 31, of College Park, died on May 20, 2024, at the DeKalb County Jail in Georgia. The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office said he had a medical emergency in his cell, and on-site medical staff and EMS responded, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
