Charles Humphrey
Charles Humphrey, 56, was held at the East Arkansas Regional Unit in Brickeys, Arkansas. Shortly before 3 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019, he was found dead in his cell, and he was pronounced dead in the unit infirmary about ten minutes later. He was alone in the cell. Arkansas Department of Correction spokesman Solomon Graves said the death is being investigated as a suicide, with a State Police investigation and an internal review under way.
