Charles Hall, 34, died on July 14, 2021, while held at Bullock Correctional Facility in Bullock County, Alabama. The Alabama Department of Corrections, through spokeswoman Kristi Simpson, said he died from an apparent suicide. The department said his death remained under investigation.
