Charles Franklin Hoffman, 28, died at the Madison County Detention Center in Madison County, Kentucky, on November 10, 2012. According to the coroner, Jimmy Cornelison, he was pronounced dead at the jail at 8:30 p.m. Officials investigating the death suspected suicide, but said no official cause would be released until after an autopsy.
