Charles Engelhardt
Charles Engelhardt was a 67-year-old Catholic priest. He had lost considerable weight and was treated for heart problems, and his religious order, the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, said he had an angioplasty earlier in November 2014. He was held at a state prison in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, and was taken back to the hospital the week before he died at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville that month. After visiting him in the hospital, the order's provincial, James Greenfield, found him optimistic.
