Charles Edward Jones
Charles Edward Jones, 38, was a native of Memphis, Tennessee, who died in February 2019 at the Tallahatchie County Correctional Facility in Tutwiler, Mississippi, where Wyoming's Department of Corrections had housed people in its custody since April 2018. Wyoming Department of Corrections spokesman Mark Horan said he died of an apparent suicide. The department, the facility and local law enforcement are investigating, and an autopsy has been ordered.
