Charles David Jackson
Charles David Jackson, 20, died at the Vermillion County Jail in Vermillion County, Indiana, on February 21, 2009. He was found dead in his cell during cell checks around 2 a.m. on a Saturday. According to an Indiana State Police news release, he hanged himself, and detectives said they did not suspect foul play. The case was to be forwarded to the county prosecutor when the investigation concluded.
