Charles Bynum Hughes
Charles Bynum Hughes, 32, was held at the Burke County Jail in North Carolina. According to the Burke County Sheriff's Office, he was found hanging from a bed sheet in his single-person cell on September 22, 2018. The sheriff's office said staff gave medical aid until EMS arrived and that medical personnel pronounced him dead.
