Charles Briley
Charles Briley, a 48-year-old man held at the Cummins Unit state prison in Lincoln County, Arkansas, died on September 19, 2024. The Arkansas Department of Corrections said he was found unresponsive in a prison barracks and later pronounced dead. The department said his death is under investigation.
