Charles A. Willingham
Charles A. Willingham was held at the Lawton Correctional Facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. Lawton police said two fellow prisoners went into his cell to collect money and rob him, and beat him to death there. Police said they have filed murder charge files against the two men, and the case is being prosecuted, as KSWO 7News reported on October 24, 2006.
