Chancey Lee Baker
Chancey Lee Baker, 37, of Homedale, died at the Idaho State Correctional Institution. Staff found him hanging on the night of Tuesday, September 24, 2019. The death is being investigated as an apparent suicide. A KTVB report published September 30, 2019 described it as the first of two suicides at Idaho Department of Correction prisons in less than a week.
